Old fashion animation

Zoetrope 

A zoetrope is an old animation machine. A zoetrope is a metal drum with a sequence of image all different but only a little bit when spun it makes the images look like they are moving. the zoetrope was invented in 1834 by  British mathematician William George Horne.

Thaumatrope

thaumatrope is a toy that was popular in the 19th century. A disk with a picture on each side is attached to two pieces of string. When the strings are twirled quickly between the fingers the two pictures appear to blend into one.
















kinetoscope

The Kinetoscope is an early motion picture exhibition device. The Kinetoscope was designed for films to be viewed by one individual at a time through a peephole viewer window at the top of the device. It is also know as the what the butlers saw. Normally the Kinetoscope was filled with node photo's of woman and to show the photo's the machine was winded up using one hand. The Kinetoscope was invented by Thomas Edison's 



mutoscope

The Mutoscope was an early motion picture device, invented by Winsor McCay . Like Thomas Edison's Kinetoscope it did not show on a screen it only provided viewing to one person at a time.
